how to change our culture for the safety of all? Role models for women and girls

As Beauvoir pointed out; one is not born a woman, one becomes a woman -and subject to all the pressure to wear make-up and high heels, how can we change the world to teach children how to keep themselves and others safe (or at least how to resist exploitation)?

How to build a society that encourages every child to reach his or her fullest potential for contribution to the world?

Mais on est subis au pression de faire la maquillage, porter des talons haute, faire des enfants -tous inutile, mais obligatoire, selon tous le monde…  :-(
