I can't seem to access the book. I strongly agree with making sure Everybody has as much access to as much information as they can use; I *think* there is an argument to be made in favor of libraries as separate and distinct from available on-line information.
Can't focus on that argument right now, but would be happy to get back to it with you as time and resources permit.
